Cancellation or rescheduling requests made 2-24 hours ahead of the appointment time will incur a charge of $30+Tax.
 

Cancellation or rescheduling requests made < 2 hours ahead of the appointment time will incur a charge of $50+Tax plus applicable travel fees.
 

Failure to provide access to the property within 15 minutes of the appointment time will incur a charge of $50+Tax plus applicable travel fees.
